2iQ MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
All 2iQ Ltd. manufactured products are warranted for five years against defects in materials and workmanship. 2iQ Ltd. will repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. Products distributed by 2iQ, but manufactured by other manufacturers are subject to the warranty stipulated by their manufacturer. 2iQ Ltd. will make every reasonable effort to assist the buyer in addressing any issues related to the use or performance of its product. 2iQ Ltd. will immediately replace any product, which it determines cannot be satisfactorily repaired in the field. The buyer will be invoiced for replacement product, including shipping charges, pending examination of the returned product by 2iQ Ltd. If said returned product is found to be defective under terms of this warranty, a credit equal to the amount charged for the replacement product will be issued to the buyer. Under no circumstances will 2iQ Ltd. accept return of any product or claim related thereto without its prior approval. This warranty is not transferable.
